Exchange, Cancellation, Illness Policy

Exchange:

• Should your plans change, you can exchange your spot with another student you refer for a $20 administrative fee.

Cancellation:

• More than 96 hours notice: 50% of the class fee is forfeited, unless rescheduling due to illness.

• No-show, or cancellation within 48 hours of the class: No refund, rescheduling due to documented illness will be considered.

Illness:

• If you/your child cannot attend the class due to illness:

• You must notify Care Well Company as soon as possible and provide at least 24 hours before class if feasible.

• If a class is available, you may reschedule once at no additional charge to another available class within 5 months.

• If rescheduling is not possible or you choose not to reschedule, a partial refund will be issued according to the above policy.

In the unlikely event that the Care Well Company needs to cancel a class, all fees will be refunded.
